Aromatherapy consists of making various Essential Oils available for inhalation. In a massaging environment, a small open cup is used, placed under the facial area. This cup contains the aromatherapy oil in proximity to the nose and mouth and is inhaled by the massage client.
Aromatherapy has many uses. It can relax as well as stimulate. It can settle an upset stomach and lift the spirits.
Specific therapeutic essential oils are used for specific purposes.
